TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
We work extensively in Scotland, but will travel further afield on
request. Travelling expenses will be quoted and included in the package
cost.
Bookings are secured only on
receipt of a deposit, normally 50% of the quoted total cost. Deposits
are not refundable but exceptions may be made at our discretion. The
balance of payment is required before the event.
Once we have accepted a
booking, we will only cancel where it is absolutely unavoidable due to
staff illness or other unforeseeable force majeure, giving as much notice
as possible. Wherever possible we will try to arrange an alternative
supplier whom we know to meet our own high standards. Financial
liability in the event of our cancellation is limited to the return of
payments already received.
Terms and conditions are
otherwise as stated in the confirmation letter we will send you at the time
of agreeing your booking.
